All prices stated are in US dollar.
We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Amex cards are only accepted through the Paypal guest or member checkout.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation process to ensure there are sufficient funds for the transaction. We will only charge when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for more details before shipping your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email minutes after your order has been placed. If you do not receive this in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders.

SHIPPING / RETURN
Customs, Import & Duty Fees:
We try our best not to incur extra shipping costs for you but as some countries have high import/duty fees, please email us at email@example.com for further information.
We are based in Singapore. All items will be shipped regularly on working days, from Mondays to Fridays. You will receive a confirmation email once the item is despatched. We ship worldwide via DHL.
For international customers, we offer Express Global Shipping which comes with a tracking number.

All of our items are of the highest pre-owned quality as we inspect them carefully for flaws. Some may have some degree of 'wear' and tear.
Returns and refunds will only be accepted when, in the most unlikely situation, the item is damaged (in the form of holes, rips, stains and so on unless stated). To receive a refund, please report the item’s condition/flaws within 24 hours upon receiving your package, as stated on the online postage tracking. We do not offer returns if the item does not fit or if you have changed your mind about your purchase. Please check all measurements before clicking the 'Add to cart' button.
