  • Free local shipping on orders over USD 100

3. International Shipping (via DHL Express)

We ship internationally via DHL Express, ensuring fast, secure, and trackable delivery worldwide.

5. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your parcel in real time via the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

  • If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.


7. Exchanges & Refunds

Size exchanges are possible within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to stock availability.
